How To Return A Defect Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

1. Please contact our wholesale team regarding your return order with details mentioned:

  • Order number
  • Photo of defect item and parcel.

You may contact us via email or whatsapp.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

3. A postage airbill will be emailed to you to be printed and placed on your parcel. The parcel will be sent to our warehouse.

Shipping Fee For Return

Please do not arrange the shipping on your own as we will not cover any additional costs incurred from using a different courier service or if using an express service.

We will arrange the postage delivery for return orders, so please contact us beforehand.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

We do not refund the original shipping fee and handling that you paid in your initial order.
