Mix ingredients below in a measuring cup with ASAGAO / Chasen Whisk until creamy and no visible clumps:
a. Fresh Milk – 75mL
b. Granulated sugar – 3 tsp / 15mL Sugar syrup (60mL milk if sweetened)
c. AJISAI / Matcha powder – 6g or 3 tsp
Pour the mixture above into a serving cup with 75mL of milk with ice.

Mix ingredients below in a measuring cup with ASAGAO / Chasen Whisk until no visible clumps:
a. Room temp / cold water – 75mL
b. AJISAI / Matcha powder – 3g or 1 ½ tsp
Pour the mixture above into a serving cup with 125mL of water with ice.

Hot Latte Recipe
Hot Matcha Latte – 8oz Cup
Mix ingredients below with ASAGAO Bamboo Whisk until no visible clumps:
a. Room Temp. Water – 20mL
b. Sugar Syrup (1:1 Ratio) – 10 mL / Granulated Sugar – 2 teaspoon (If using granulated sugar, used 30 mL of water)
c. AJISAI / Matcha Powder – 5.5g
Steam the milk to 55C – 60C and pour a little into the Matcha mixture above. Then, mix evenly with ASAGAO Chasen Whisk.
Mix ingredients below with ASAGAO Bamboo Whisk until no visible clumps:
a. Room Temp. Water – 20mL
b. Sugar Syrup (1:1 Ratio) – 10 mL / Granulated Sugar – 2 teaspoon (If using granulated sugar, used 30 mL of water)
c. AJISAI / Matcha Powder – 5.5g
Steam the milk to 55C – 60C and pour a little into the Matcha mixture above. Then, mix evenly with ASAGAO Chasen Whisk.

Hot Matcha Tea – 150 mL
Mix ingredients below with ASAGAO Bamboo Whisk until no visible clumps:
a. AJISAI / Matcha Powder – 1g
b. Water (Temp – 75c) – 50 mL
Pour the mixture above into a 100 mL of warm water and mix gently again
